Princess Cruises / Epic Reach LLC | Executive Producer & Experience Leader | 2018 - 2022

Led development and rollout of guest-facing experiences within the MedallionClass ecosystem, helping shape connected experiences across embarkation, dining, entertainment, reservations, navigation, commerce, and onboard services.

Partnered with Product, Operations, Technology, Revenue, Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams to create seamless guest journeys spanning mobile, wearable, digital, and physical touchpoints.

• Supported the global rollout of MedallionClass experiences across 13 cruise ships.

• Delivered connected hospitality experiences serving more than 60,000 guests weekly through integrated mobile, wearable, and onboard platforms.

• Helped redefine the guest journey by connecting reservations, dining, entertainment, navigation, and commerce into a seamless experience.
